On **th feb my poco x* pro switch off when i am using whatsapp then i visited to Serive center so they check and tell motherboard dead it take ** to ** days for repair. I agreed then after ** days when i call them they changes own words telling they say * months not ** and here customer support giving abuses to me. And after that when i call many time to support then they rise compaint after that i get call in which they say they call me on **th march for update or close the case but no call i got call then i call to support and ask him for status they telling we can share with you. And here my **k totally wasted in this worst company. Please help me to refund or compensation from poco.
