Poco - Motherboard issue Open
My mobile is poco X* it got dead automatically without any physical damage, I went to service centre they confirmed that the motherboard is gone need to repair but this is an company issue they have to repair and give me back my mobile because My phone camera is not working. I called the customer service they said that you go to the service center.When I went to the service center they checked my phone they said because of the update the issue has come in the motherboard.। My phone warranty has expired. My phone is not damaged from anywhere.
Service center people are asking for **** rupes from me for repairing my phone..It's the company's fault when my phone got ruined by the update I want my phone free repair
