Edelweiss - POA not completed

I have taken Account with Edelweiss and to sell shares it is necessary to submit POA to them
They have involved ecom express for completing the formality but their representative is giving a small missed call which nobody can pick after that if I call that no. No response is coming then a message is forwarded sorry we tried to reach you but no response from your side therefore we are unable to complete POA
This has happened * more times for kyc and one bank named niyox they have taken more than ** days to complete kyc
I feel This is useless service by them
Strictness to be maintained by company to give service to customers
