Swarna Bhoomi Developers - Plot booking amount not returned

I had transferred amount from my HDFC account #************** online Rs ****** (Four lakes and Forty Thousand Rupees) to Swarnaboomi developers and its business partner Sri Manikanta Estate current account #************** towards advance amount for buying PLOT *** DTCP **/****/R at Surampalem village east Godavari district as instructed by Swarna Bhoomi Developers director Uma Maheshwar Rao. Swarna Bhoomi developer office had given a receipt on my son name for the said amount Rs ****** (Four lakes and Forty Thousand Rupees).
Swarna Bhoomi developers gave land documentation after paying the advance amount toward the plot PLOT *** DTCP **/****/R. My lawyer was not satisfied with the documentation provided by Uma Maheswara Rao (Swarna Bhoomi developers) and confirmed that document does not have proper title entitlement hence I decided not to buy the plot from Swarna Bhoomi developer’s business partner M/s Manikanta real estate. I informed them that I'm not interested to buy a plot on **th March **** and they promised to give the money back in * days.
I had informed him that I was not interested to buy the plot as there was a problem in documentation provided by Uma Maheswara Rao and requested Uma Maheswara Rao to credit back my money through my NRO account on March **th ****. Uma Maheswara Rao promised to transfer my money back within * days’ time but I don't see any response or amount credited from Uma Maheswara Rao till date **th March ****. I went to his office on March **th asked about to settle money as soon as possible and he said will settle the complete amount in ** days.
They did not transfer money back to my son account yet. if I call them they are not responding and if I go their office, they are not telling the data when exactly my amount will give back. Please take action on this company and do justice.
