Creastate Infrastructure Private Limited - Plot booking amount not refunding

Promised plot was not giving so request him for refund they agreed and say with in ** days refund your full amount after the ** days he denied and telling part payment and paying only **% .
Refund initiative mail i have done on * may **** already they accepted with signed and company seal.
I am very worried about my amount they are harassed me regular I trying to contact him but denied my calls and messages
