hubh labh developers and infrastruture pvt ltd - plot booked but not delivered

on **th Nov-****, Mr Raj Gautam booked plot no F-** in phase * in radha krishna vatika jewar
i paid immidiately in Gpay ***** in booking and handed over two cheaque of indusind bank no ****** & ****** totalling Rs*,**,*** /- @**** for **sq yard plot.
later company denied to offer me plot also company is not returning my money.
always i call their associates either they did not respond or message to call later after calling from different number company agreed to refund. but till date i have not received any refund .After giving ***% money in cheaque before registration comapny has denied plot so in this case legally i am bonafide for double amount i have given in cheaque. i request you to take this case forward
