Realm developers pvt ltd - Plot

I purchased a plot from realm developers pvt ltd location first floor gopals sweet in sunny enclave global city sector ***.i paid ****** as a token money which was tranfer from my account and I applied for a loan from bank when my loan passed I approached them visited their office as well but they are not bothered about the registry and never picked the call. I have met saurav and arvind they are the biggest cheater and never picked the call. I want to file a complaint against them for mentally harrassment.being a banker I don't have much time to visit their office on daily basis and even I have already asked them to refund my money but they have repeatedly said it will done but it's been * year nothing being done. I want to file a complaint against the mental harrassment they have done to me.
