koijam - Please refund the amount instead of keeping it in credit shell voucher because it will not be possib

I have booked a flight ticket for my wife and daughter dated on **th April **** from Hyderabad to Imphal. The flight has been cancelled due to lockdown.
They have refunded amount as a credit shell/voucher which is no use for my case. They provided time-line **st March ****.

Please refund the amount instead of keeping it in credit shell/voucher because it will not be possible for us to go there (all family members are here).
