Hi sir I booked a mobile (Realme x) prise *****/- on *rd august **** at SHOOPSKAART.COM , and make payment through phone pe QR code . After that I called * or * day for delivery but customer care told me that “ you will receive mobile within * days” after * august Company customer care no *********** became dead. After two days company`s site has been closed having a massage that “Due to some issue with our Seller, All orders are canceled & refunded to the same payment method you used to pay. It's credit within *-* working days but sometimes it takes up to ** working days depending on your bank. Please contact us on or after **st August if your refunded amount is not reflecting in your bank account. We are working with New sellers & our website reopen on *st September with Great Deal & offers. Sorry for the issue SHOOPKAART.COM Our Support Email is:- complaints.shoopkaart@gmail.com” After that I didn`t receive my money, I mailed to company but no reply. I read online this company has fraud to many persons. So plz help me to get back my money.
