Dr Deoz - Pizza not delivered hot

I have ordered pizza ** August **** on Dr. Deoz at town Hariana, Hoshiarpur, Punjab. My order no. Was **. My bill done at **:** on **.**.**. But pizza deliver at **:** on **.**.** and it was cold not hot. and the delivery boy has not any hot box. And he lay down pizza in his feet on his scooty. And this happens *nd time.
Please take action against faulty it may be company or employees.
