Dominos co - Pizza not delivered and amount deducted from my account and payment not refunded

I order dominos pizza and other items in phagwara dominos store on *st november ****. My order no is *** and amount is ***. Amount is deducted from my account while i order the pizza but no pizza delivered in my location. I raise a complaint no of times for refund my amount but till more than * month gone no positive response received from dominos store in phagwara.
