La Pino pizza - Pizza not delivered

I ordered a pizza and some wings from the la Pino pizza app ..the app showed order received and in the process of cooking after * hour I received a call from their representative he said me wings were not available so can they change it I denied because I don't wanted that item,so I said just cancel that item...they said we can't cancel it from here I have to do it though the app....and I will get the refund within ** hours...after so much waiting I thought they were cooking the pizza and cancelled the wings item...whole * hours were gone and nothing and the app shows order delivered....not I got my refund after ** hours nor I got my pizza ...such a bad behaviour I called them several times they just took it for granted and kept on saying it'll return to my account and call after sometime worst services....fucking bastards
