Pizza Hut India Kolkata Mani Square - Pizza Hut gift voucher refund issue

On **th April, **** *.** PM IST I had created Pizza order with Order Id ******** using Pizza Hut Gift Voucher Worth Rs. **** and Amazon Pay balance Rs. ***.**. Later I came to know they don't do home delivery, hence I requested them to cancel the order. They had returned me Rs. ***.** on *rd May in Amazon Pay. But I haven't got rest of Rs. **** for the cancelled transaction. They are saying transaction is cancelled from their end but not providing any proof that remaining Rs. **** has been reverted back to original source of Gift Voucher and Amazon Pay. I am willing for an alternate channel of payment including credit note/Pizza of same amount. But they are unwilling to support any more. They stop accepting my calls now a days. Voxya could you kindly help me on this?
