I purchased Pigeon Blossom Electric Rice Cooker *.* Litre with Stainless
Steel lid and * Aluminium Cooking Pans, *** Watt, White |
B**Q*WTYLS ( blossom *.* d pot ) on **.**.**, but this cooker has stopped working within * months.
As product was in warranty so I approached company to replace the product because it has manufacturing defect but there was no response first & after one month they provided the address of service center which is about ** KMs from my residence I objected this victimization but they stopped responding my mails without alternative any how I got time to visit service center on **/**/**** at Indrapuram, Ghaziabad & after * hours of waiting I received my Rice cooker repaired . But the product stopped functioning again within ** hours of repair. this is fraud company selling defective products. No one is responding to mails.
