Shiv Kumar Mehto filed complaint against Meesho App on Mar 16, 2021
Every day have to waste one hour for calling to Meesho customer service and briefed all the incidents
Today also have call and spoken with both Meesho and your courier partner Shadofax and find one actual reason of request cancellation that is as under
Shadofax see only catelog image of the product which had purchased in that all * items showing which is Dupatta, Choli and Lehanga but have Received only Dupatta and choli only...the image of materisl which have shared with you on mail and that Meesho upload that Shadofax not seen in their portal discussed live with your customer service Deepika Sahu along with Shadofax concern team
Shadofax asked Meesho to reinitiated pickup without QC checked /without image or update QC value as * instead of * then only they will pickup otherwise if Meesho reinitiated pickup *** times the they will rejected *** times
Bcz both of your misunderstanding in portal I am suffering mentally as well have to waste time during office hours every day
If my pickup will not arrange till Monday will go to Consumers Foram and log complaint against both Meesho and Shadofax.
