Shadow Fax Courier - Pickup related issue

I created a return request in myntra on **-**-**** but mistakenly it was placed on another pincode. Next day **-**-**** the courier partner agent call to ask whether i want to return or cancel the pickup. I tell them that please Cancel my return request so that i can create a new return request from my end. today is **- **-**** and they still not cancelled my return request from their end. I tried to call them, also tried to call customer support but still my issue is not resolved. and **-**-**** is the last day to return window. total item cost was ****.
