Meesho and valmo - Pickup not happening for 8 days urgent help required

Hello Voxy Team,
My name is Pawan Gupta, and I am a supplier (seller) on Meesho with account name Gupta Enterprises. My orders are shipped via Velmo Courier, but for the last * days, my pickups are not happening.
I have raised complaints on Meesho but haven’t received any proper response – they only keep asking me to wait. I also contacted the local Velmo hub, but they said pickups are not coming to them. Later I came to know that my pickups were mistakenly sent to Kalandi Kunj Khada Colony, Delhi. When I spoke to them, they said they cannot pick up the orders because my address is in Ghaziabad, and they will transfer it, but even now nothing has been done.
I also spoke to the Delhi area manager, but no solution was provided. Many orders have been canceled and I’m facing significant losses. I’ve tried every possible way but haven’t received any help from either Meesho or Velmo.
I also tried to send an email to help@velmo.in, but it didn’t go through because the inbox is full. Kindly look into this issue and help me. Around ** orders are pending, and many others have been canceled. I can share the manifest file with all orders if required.
