Savana - Pickup guy for my return doesn t not pick up

I have apply for the return for my order on **th July **** so it got scheduled on **st July **** the person who supposed to pick the return just randomly miss call me for about a second so I tried to contact the delivery person he dint pick up
It shows I was not able to pick the call on the apps for the return pick up
So againt they schedule it on *st august **** they share the contact of a delivery guy
I contact the person since it’s getting late the person pick up my call and he reply he dint go to work for almost a week and he said he will call the office and inform me
But then after some hours I tried calling back they ignore my calls
Very bad service
