A X Armani Exchange - Pickup and Refund not done of the product

Order ID for my product is - OD******************
I have raised the return request for the product on **th Jan. It was then cancelled by Flipkart team Again I raised the Request and again it was cancelled on *th Feb but not completely cancelled it is still showing in progress. when I call Flipkart team they just give me the dates and ask me to wait till then. There is no support from the Flipkart Customer care and they becomes rude also while talking. Today is **th Feb almost around * month. They are again asking me to wait till **th Feb but i know i will not get any resolution till then also.
Please help me in this matter. I want my money back.
