My return was picked up on ** January **** by shadowfax delivery boy but in evening I got the message that your pickup has been cancelled by our courier partner and he didn't even gave me my product.I complain on messho but they told me we can't help you in this.I also tried to call the delivery boy but he didn't picked up my call.Unfortunately today he picked up my call and I reminded him then he told me that yes mam your product is with me only.It was my mistake I will return you the product today in *-* hrs.But now he is not picking up my call.
The last date of my return on meesho app is tommorow now I won't be able to return it also and can't get the refund at all..
My rs.*** all went this was a big fraud with me
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
