BEWKOOF - Pick up return

I have ordered a dress on *nd December from bewkoof.com but the size is * size small ,then I put a request for exchange * size bigger but they refused to deliver and mail that your address is not reachable. If they could deliver on the same address why don't they exchange the same in same address.
Later I put a request for return on **th December , from that day till today no one is there for pickup. I keep on mailing the same issues to the customer support but no use.
