Shadow Fax Courier - Pick up request is pending since last 6 days

I am from Hyderabad and had placed a return request for a pick of an item which was defective on **/**/****.But I regret to inform that till date the items is not picked up by shadow fax guy and everyday I get a message 'unable to contact you" whereas there has been no call from your end and everyday my house is open whole day. Then next day I get a message "The pick up was cancelled by the customer" whereas I have never done the cancellation request, How are the people working I don't know they are sending the false messages. Is this the type of service they give to their customers.

I tried to contact shadow fax via phone but none of their given numbers are working.
I wrote a mail also to them but no repsonse. Because of their delay, my refund amount from meesho is stuck up. everyday I have to go through the mental torture of waiting for the guy to come and pick up and at the end of the day I get the message could not contact you and the pick up was cancelled by the customer. I am fed of this and I request you please do something to resolve this matter at the earliest.
