Laxmi Travel - Pick up issue and operator was laughing

Mine pick up is from pathankot chakki pull on **/*/**** @ *:**pm ,i was traveling from dalhousie to pathankot bus stand as mine father was ill, so I rush down back to Dehradun, i contacted the driver and conductor and request to wait just for */* minutes, and exactly by *:**pm ive reached the pickup point, but instead of waiting just for *min these guys ran away without picking me and on call they were laughing on me and saying veere ab toh hum nikal Gaye in a laughing way, so I said that ill complaint regarding this scenario so they replied jo karna hai kar, I mean just *min of mine delay despite of request they ran and laugh, no I'm taking a legal action against laxmi travel in dehradun court itself, now ill laugh and you will regret.
