shadowfax ordered from meesho - physical product collected but return mark on hold

its regarding my return product (R************FPL) ordered from meesho. return created on meesho app on **-**-**** and return collection guy came to address (Neelgiri enclave apartment Lucknow) on **-**-**** and collected the product. he was carrying the details on paper for customers may be his phone was not working. He have collected the physical product (baby micky pink n toys pillow) from me and did not handover any hard copy or slip for return collection. as per normal process he says you will get the sms for the same on registered mobile number. and i am surprised after checking the message in evening your pick up is failed. why failed they have not given any detail in it. now its been more than ** days i am struggling to get my product refund from meesho. as per them this product is not yet picked up from your address we cant help it.and there is no contact details for shadowfax. after struggling with meesho from last ** days i have checked the shadofax website with return tracking details (R************FPL) its updated product is very big so we are not able to collect it from customer. and due to same its on hold.i am asking if product is very big to collect and return to meesho then why courier guy collected the physical product from my address. he have not denied the same at address and neither he have given me back that product.so currently my product is not with me and neither i m getting refund for my own paid product from meesho.so its my request from shadofax kindly return my product to meesho or whatever details for seller you have to return that product or if thats not possible then return my product back to my address. which you will easily get it from tracking number. kindly contact-**********.
