Panasonic Washing machine - Physical damaged due to they provided local stand

Hello madam/ sir
Respected Manager, We bought a (Panasonic Washing machine) from your Reliance Digital from Nagarbhavi on (** July ****).
Tried to contact your support team and show room many times but no response from there end. The girl talk very rash from the store Nagarbhavi Reliance Digital even Panasonic technical support Executive visited and informed that the product is damaged by local stand for machine which they have provided so it got damaged.
* to * members visited to check the machine but they have removed many times the machine parts.
I need a replacement for the product otherwise so I need to go to consumer forum to raise complaint that you are providing fraud machine for the consumer that you are cheating us.. Even i have attached the video of damaged machine n warranty details of my washing machine
Kindly resolve my issue as soon as possible....
