Leena Gupta Studio - Photo Studio persons cheats Anirban Choudhury

I paid Ms Leena Gupta(mob **********) Rs **** on * Aug **** for photo shooting and video recording of my wedding on her Studio(address : Plot ***, Flat no G-*, Sector * Media Enclave, near Maha Kaleshwar MAndir, Vaishali Sector - *, Vaishali, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh ******) . She told me that i will be provided my wedding photos and videos at max within ** days which she failed to deliver on time. I got my photos and videos after one month when she shared in Google drive.Then i noticed my photos and videos are incomplete as me and my wife's full posture of wedding, revolving around fire (as per Hindu laws) etc were not captured with full image . Photos and videos were showing up to my waist or at max knee part and fire etc part were missing . In short, they have not provided me photos and videos what they have committed to deliver. When i informed her about all these , she assured me that she will look into this . But after that She deleted photos and videos from google drive and started showing lame excuses like her video editor got Covid, editor's father died, her cousin expired( in reality i saw in her Facebook that she went to hill station at that time), After that again excuse like she is hospitalised ,her laptop not working etc. Thereafter , She did not even bother to take my phone calls when ever i tried to reach her over phone. I found this as cheating to me and breach of her commitment to provide me my wedding photos and videos for which i paid to her.

Please look into this issue of cheating as its a matter of high importance to me . As its being my wedding photos and videos which they are not delivering even after ** days where as it was supposed to deliver within max ** days.Also full body images and videos are also missing in their delivered photos and video items.
