I ordered A photo cake from Cakes portal.in on **.**.** on wedding occasion that should be delivered on **.**.** Evening
but on **.**.**received a mail communication from cakes porttal.in stating that Today photo cakes are not available and received * options in the mail to proceed with the other cakes which i don't required
Since again i drafted a mail to cakes portal to refund my amount to the original payment mode
Since then i didn't received any further communication or any refund from cakes portal.in
Since then i raised a complaint
