Phonpe business employee lied to me. He sold smart speaker to me by saying that i only have to pay ₹* per month rental fees. But after one month *** deducted from my daily collection. So i informed him and then he taken back the speaker and promised me that the charged fees will be refunded but after * months now nothing happened. I have lost *** (fees and monthly rental)

phonpe customer care – Phonepe number blockedOpen

Suddenly my phonepe number ********** got blocked stating security reason. After providing documents they are saying account cannot be reinstated. I have my gold balance in it and they are not refunding
