I tried to pay my Electricity bill and that got failed , They are telling in ad that they will pay instantly . Also I have not received the amount back till now ,I tried to pay on *nd July **** and I filing this on * July **** . Phonepe is purposefully hoding the money with them . I failed tio pay the KSEB bill lost the money .As the due date is over inorder to avoid disconnection I borrowed from my neighbour for interest and paid the bill . Also this affected my budget and affected some of my payments. Please take some action to retrive my money and compensation for my difficulties and loss.
