BANSI LAL DHAR filed complaint against Phonepe on Aug 7, 2018
On **th July I made a transction of Rs*** on account of Bill payment to Reliannce Jio under Phonepe transaction I D No N**************** .This Transction failed and from that date I am requesting phonepe to refund the said amount to my bank account but till to day they neither refund it nor giving me any satisfactory reply.
I Have exchanged *** mails rsised ** tickets and called the customer support *** times but they are turning deaf ear to my issue.

In fact they are gang of cheaters znd grabbed not only my money but Almost all the customers.
Please take action in this issue znd get our money REFUNDED
