Vakil Khan filed complaint against PhonePe Private Limited on Nov 20, 2018

good afternoon
myself vakil khan, mobile no. ********** (delhi ncr), i have recharged my airtel mobile no. ********** via phonepe dated **/*/****, amount rs. ***/-, amount has been deducted by phonepe from my bank account. but my number has not been recharged, when i contacted to phonepe customer care executive, they kept on to tell me that there is successfully recharged, and they kept on tell to me that operator (mtnl) has been confirmed recharged, whenever i have ported this number from mtnl to airtel before * to * years, how you can recharged without verifying any number with operator, phonepe said that please contact to mtnl, i have contacted to mtnl, they replied that this number already ported to airtel, how can we get money. they sent an excel file proof of ported my phone. this problem has been created by phonepe technical software, if software verified the number with operator before recharging, problem not created like other app such as paytm, etc. right now mtnl and also airtel saying that we have not get money from phonepe, then where is my money. many time your customer executives called me, but i am not satisfied.
now, i am sending you this letter as per consumer forum instructions (latest complaint no. ******* and old complaint no. ******). my simple question is that if i did a mistake to choose an operator, but your software collected by default the operator, whenever operator is not matching, how you can recharge without verifying the number with operator, in india, number is unique, not any duplicate number, if i entered the wrong number, i can accept my mistake, number is correct, but big question is that where is gone my money? mtnl is the third party for me, if i have already ported from their side, so, i request to you that please refund my money asap into my bank account.
note: after *-* days letter is returned because of incomplete address (phonepe private limited, a-**, mohan cooperative estate, new delhi – *** ***, i do not know that the reason is right or wrong because which address provided by consumer forum i have sent tha seme address. today i called to consumer forum, person advised to give another physically complaint to ncdrc.nic.in
