Phone Pay App - phone pey cash problem

On january **th ****, i done a transaction to my mechanic.my amount debited from my account but my mechanic did not get amount. i raise so many tickets to phone pey but they said the problem is on bank.when i approached to bank.they said problem in phone pey they said vice versa.days and months keep going my problem not resolved
