zaki ulla khan filed complaint against Phonepe And Sbi Bank on Sep 23, 2020
Hi have paid the Credit card bill for sum of **** on *rd sep via phone pe. transaction was done done successfully and amount was debited from account.
Later I realised its not updated on portal on top of that they have fined me for non payment.
when I checked with phonepe they says amount has been gone to sbi successfully but sbi denies this.
how legal action can i take against them? how can i get back my money back?

From my sbi Account money is deducted. I did transaction from phone pay. On phone pay it was showing its failed but money is deducted and not credited to receivers account.
