myself harsh gandhi. i have complaint regarding samsung company and gaytri entreprice[Service center of samsung].i am using samsung galaxy j* prime .my story is that i submitted my phone on **/**/**** with the problem of dot on screen. mow on **/**/**** when i got messeage from service center that your phone has been repaired now when i visited service center i was told that your phone is not repaired kindley come tommorow. when i got phone back it was have same problem as well as charging was also not get properly. than for same problem i submited phone more *times on **/**/****, **/**/****,**/**/****. now when i went to service center **/**/**** the phone was in same condition so i complained to headquters about the issue but they didn't give proper responce. now the phone was repaired and given to me in ** min. when i asked for reason they told me that wrong model screw was inserted in my device so problem again arrived. now on */**/**** my phone is totally dead and now i am helpless. i have not got my phone from *weeks from service center and now headquters are also not replying my phone is stuck between me and samsung please help..i want full refund for it because the phone is having manufacturing defect.
