I placed an order for Redmi Note * Pro on **th April **** and paid amount Rs.*****/- through PAYTM UPI but still, the product is not delivered. I keep on call the customer service and mail to care@shopingkaro.com but no reply from them. In the website, they mentioned that amount will be refunded but amount also not refunded. Order no: *********.
