On Sept ** , i gave my Oneplus * phone for repair by their pickup and drop option. On Oct *th i made a payment of *.*k for repair charges. After that i get an email that my phone is lost by their courier partner FEDEX. Replacement was assured but not recieved yet . myp hone costed **k and additionally *.*k for repair. please help

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
