I had bought smartphone before one month which was delivered by fedex on **st of august , But I recieved a different product which is damaged . That I was ordered other product and they sent me another product which is damaged. I paid Rs.***** on cash on delivery. And I requested (by whatsapp and phone) them to replace this product but they are harassing me to that we\'ll send tomorrow,after week,after month and there is deficiency etc. they are really lieing to send .please this is my request to claim my money and Iam from middle class family and we just suffering about this matter only.
