Samsung Galaxy - Phone case color and materials are not appropriate as shown

Today I received my parcel from casewale.com and after I sow it , color is totally different and it also has scratch mark on it and also it doesn't even look like leather item. Soon after this I emailed them thrice and called on two different numbers available but no respond received. I would like to hv my money back as the phone case doesn't even worth of *** Rs
