Sai ram girls pg - Pg owner is not returning my advance amount even though i am vacating pg in middle of month

I am staying in this girl's pg from past *months now I want to vacate this pg so I am asking to owner to return advance she is not returning and everymonth when I pay rent she dnt provide me receipts not even any paper work this pg is not providing proper food and no nutritional supplements, every time I can not have food out side I am out of money now I don't know what to do so I am writing this
