Number one fraud petrol pump RVN petrol pump, State Highway *, Sankarapuram,Kallakurichi Tamil Nadu ****** today(**/**/****) exactly at *:**pm i asked them to fill petrol for rupees *** but they started from ** rupees when i asked them they said not all petrol pump will start from * some time it will happen but they asked me to pay *** and gave me bill for it
