sami venkatachalam chetty petrol pump in maduairavoyal - Petrol pump didn t given me bill no density mentioned in the machine manager shouting me in bad word

Vanakkam!
           Due to your respect I have faced a issue with the barath petroleum which was owned by swami venkatachalam chetty on **/Jan/****.

             On **th of Jan **** at around *:**pm I have filled the petrol for Rs ***, then I asked for the printed bill he refused to give the bill, he told that the machine was not working due to some issues and at the same time I have noticed that the petrol density is not mentioned in the machine it's displaying zero. And I asked for the explanation to the petrol pump supervisor. He told that they bought the petrol pump by his MD **nd of Jan ***, So he apologized. And the supervisor call his manager of the petrol pump from his mobile and told him the issue, After he given his mobile to me. I have started having the conversation with him and the way he was talking is very roud. He told me to weight there so he will come and meet me.

              After * mins manager of the petrol pump reached with his Royal Enfield bike (Grey colour) he came in hi speed and parked his bike near the room in the petrol pump. Once he get down from the bike he his asking to the supervisor in round way who is the man complaining?  (In tamil). He came to me, I asked for the bill. He replied me that he can't give me the bill. And I asked why density is not mentioned in the machine. Then he started shouting me in bad words in tamil (Poolu, mairu..etc) I have got tensed and i asked this is the way you handle the coustmer. He replied me yes. He (manager) came to scare me like fighting. Then I realized the satisfaction going out of control so I have died *** (police) I have explained to police regarding the issue. Then I got a call from T* police station and asked everything regarding the issue i have faced by the petrol pump & the staff. In next few minutes police arrived to the petrol pump and suggested me to give a complaint against the petrol pump in the police station. Then immediately I have reached T* police station to give a complaint.

                 While I'm writing my complaint letter two more new people came bought are drunked and condensing me not to give complaint to the police and not letting me to Wright a complaint. They are scarring me by raising the tone. So I have forced to leave the police station. Till the end I didn't recived my bill till the end.
