I have seen the puppy sale advertisement through this person's instagram and made enquiry and i have booked one puppy and he told i have to pay **** as advance and rest while taking delivery (total **,***) and due to family circumstances i have asked him to cancel the booking with in ** hours and then he said advance wont be paid back which was surprise as he did not tell this during our conversations or when sending money. Finally he sent **** and said as per policy they do not return the advance but he never tell this in any of the conversations and when i asked him that if this is the policy why don't you convey this during or before the deal for which he said its his mistake as he did not convey but he will not pay.
Also he is doing such business for almost an year and **% of his business had not taken the puppy and he took the money of theirs not sure whether he conveyed his refund of advance policy to them or same case of mine.
