New Goa Pest Control Services - Pest Control Treatment Failure

Our old Portuguese type ancestral house was attacked by White Ants (Termites) We enquired online and got quotation from * companies. One of them was New Goa Pest Control Services whose proprietor Mr. Anand visited the house for a site inspection. He asked us to opt for the more expensive **,*** rupees anti termite treatment with a * year warranty.
The treatment started on **th April ****, Saturday and was completed by evening of **th April ****, Sunday. I kept my family and kids in a nearby hotel during this period.
After * months in July we noticed a return of Termites. We informed Mr Anand of the same. He did a re spray of affected area only after ** days of repeated calling. * week later we noticed another Termite Hill in a different location of the house. We informed him again but he gives excuses and delays his visit. Also no satisfactory explanation was given as to why the repeat problems with Termites.
It's been a month since we informed him and he continues to make excuses to avoid coming.
I feel it's a deficiency in service.
