Complaint against persons - Personal property dameged by the Canal Cleaning Contractors

In Oct - Nov ****, The canal cleaning contractors are broke my personal property (Water tank,land and house boundary and campus)very badle by using JCB machine without any reason and in the absence of house owner and that time I am in Mumbai and I don't come early because of lockdown.

I went to Dehradun in Feb - **,I talked to some officer regarding my complaint but I was not getting any solution so I was started locked my complaint in CM potal in *th Jun - ** and team submitted my complaint to Gramin Vikas, Nagar Palika Parishad Doiwala, Panchayati Raj and irrigation department but to the till I was not received any help from any departments.Complaint only transferred one to onther department because all departments clearly told me that you are addressed not belongs to our departments.

Police investigation team has been file NCR regarding my complaint NCR No**/**** with Dhara ***.

I also filed RTI application regarding my grievance and I have received such information that Canal comes under Bhaniyawala Gramin Samiti and mentioned department see the all cleaning and maintenance of the canal.

Please note:
*)I don't understand that without any reason why the canal cleaning contractors broke my property so badly why they are not ready to give proper answer and also not ready to repair it and After that he is blaming me to given different different statement regarding my complaint I want to clear this from my side we have nothing to do with them we don't know them why they doing this we have no idea.I want answer who gave him this rights to broke my property and after that they are blaming me that I have done encroachment in Public Canal and they are spreading incorrect or false statement regarding my complaint.

*)In the absence of House ower and without any information given to house owner Who gave them this right to Broke or Touch someone personal property.

*) I have not done any encroachment in any public canal I have builed my property before taking proper measurements of my land and my property totally saprate from the canal.

On date **/*/** we have started damaged property repair work with our money because of
My water tank and boundary totally falled down which is damaged by the Canal cleaning contractors and damaged property also was affected by the rain and water was coming out from under the ground and gathering on my campus.

I humbly request you please resolve my grivance as soon as possible.

In **th July **** the contractor who damaged my property are personal visit my address and they told that from my brother we are working under Nagar Nigam Doiwala and we will repair it but wait till month of Oct ** and if you want to repair it then do it we will provide you compensation. We are visit tomorrow with patwari and with other officers for further process but to the till they are not visit again. I have received such information that they are living in Bhaniyawala Village which is near by our village.
