mpokket customer service - Personal loan harrasment

I'm a student in Delhi. I have been using mpokket personal loan since years. I maintained my credit very well in the begining. As my usage was quite well and I got a good credit limit of **,*** INR. When I took loan of **,*** INR unexpectedly lockdown was announced. I had to discontinue my internship. And due to lack of financial sources I didn't able to pay the loan. Not so soon the government announced moratorium for all loans issued. Even though the executives used to call for repayment. I had to ask my father for a temporary solution for money. I paid and reborrowed. I even explained to them regarding my problem. Despite all my requests, they refused continuously several times. I had to pay thousands as penalties. Even now some of my loans are disclosed. I request cover for the loss.
