Shagun finance - Personal loan fraud

Have received call from Shagun finance (**********, **********)and they offered me personal loan of ****** and asked for documents.i have provided pan card adhar card details, after that they said have to pay processing fee then will get approval letter so i paid the amount in given bank account. after they ask for pay GST then will transfer amount. now thay are not receiving call. office address is Office No. *** Siddhi Vinayak Building, Rani Sati Marg,Malad East, Mumbai, Maharastra ******,
