Naukri - Personal Information breach

It’s a job giving online platform. Naukri is not maintaining my personal information securely. Due to this, an online fraud happened. I lost ***** INR. The person said he’s from Naukri and mentioned all my career information. How can naukri provide all the information to some random people without checking their authenticity.
