I ordered a navy blue silm fit jeans at cash on delivery and received the product on **/**/** at the same day I request to return that product because of fitting issues and they consider my request and the pick up schedule on **/**/**** by shadowfax delivery which was a delivery and pick partner company and the company confirm the pick up on **/**/**** after returned they didn't refund any amount in my bank account which I share to them at return process
I write many mail for refund but they didn't refund yet
I highly disappointed with this behavior by a known brand
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
