### **Complaint Details:**

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am filing this complaint regarding **non-payment of incentive and pending wages** by **Shadofax**.

When I joined Shadofax on ***th September ******, **Mr. Abhishek** (from the onboarding team) clearly informed me that under the **MG Plan**, I would receive:

*. **Daily payment** for delivery work, and
*. An additional **₹*,*** incentive** after completion of the required duration and performance criteria.

However, even after **one and a half months of work**, I have not received the promised incentive. The company’s payment record shows two weeks of work, but I have received payment for **only the first week (₹*,***)** — while the **second week’s payment** has not been credited.

I contacted **Mr. Sagar Pandey** multiple times regarding this issue, but received no proper response. Later, I also raised the issue with **Mr. Sumit Sharma**, but the problem remains unresolved to date.

I have completed all my assigned deliveries sincerely and met the required performance targets. Despite this, my payment and incentive remain pending without any valid reason. This behavior is **unfair, unethical, and causes financial hardship**.

I request immediate action to release my pending **₹*,*** incentive** and **remaining weekly payment**.
