Yuvraj Singh filed complaint against Oyo hotel and homes on Jan 18, 2023
I booked a room for * guests (* night) through Oyo call. The total price to be paid was ₹***. The room was booked with a partial payment of ₹*** and the representative who booked the hotel over call told me that the pending amount of ₹*** was to be paid at check-in. Even the app showed ₹*** as the pending amount.
When I checked back on the app at * am (the original booking took place at * pm), I found the pending amount has increased from ₹*** to ₹*** and even the bill breakup has changed. I called the representatives but they are of no help.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
